COURT HIRE RATES
New rates are effective from July 1, 2018

  • Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm. $32 per hour
  • Monday to Friday, 3pm to 10pm. $37 per hour
  • Saturday, Sunday, & Public Hol's all times. $37 per hour

  • Court Hire Bookings

- LPTC will only accept bookings with full payment. No payment = no booking.

  • Court Hire Cancelations

- More than 24 hours notice prior to the start time of a booking, you will receive a full Credit on your account with us for the cost of the booking being canceled.
- Less than 24 hours notice prior to the start time of a booking, you will not receive a credit or refund.

- It is 24 hours, not just the day before.

  • "Wash Outs"

- If a booking is "washed out" a full credit is given. Only LPTC can declare a "wash out" as it must be raining at LPTC for the courts to be washed out. You must phone LPTC if you think the court may be washed out.

  • Court Hirers are NOT permitted to conduct any coaching, of any form, on our courts. Coaching on LPTC courts can only be provided by LPTC Approved Coaches.
